Apprenticeships Starting at Apleona Wolfferts

On 1 September 2017, 19 apprentices in total started their apprenticeships at Apleona Wolfferts. Over the next three to four years, the new apprentices will learn how to become mechatronics technicians for refrigeration, plant mechanics, technical system planners and industrial clerks at the Apleona Wolfferts headquarters in Cologne as well as at the locations in Essen, Berlin, Hamburg, Bonn, Mannheim and Hanau.

Horst Kever, Chief Executive at Apleona Wolfferts: “Qualified training and continuing education of our specialists are the basis for the quality of our services. It is very important to us that we have an excellent apprenticeship programme that imparts a great deal of specialist expertise because we train our apprentices in order to take them on. Accordingly, we are proud of our current total of 85 apprentices in the technical, commercial and business areas.”

On the first day of the apprenticeships, Horst Kever personally welcomed the new colleagues at the company headquarters in Cologne and provided them with a glimpse into the diverse fields of activity at Apleona Wolfferts. These include tasks such as the design, project planning and implementation of all disciplines relating to technical plant construction and service concepts for the maintenance and servicing of the plants.

The application period for apprenticeships starting in autumn 2018 begins in November. Bachelor’s and master’s students studying technical building equipment, supply technology or energy technology with different areas of focus are also warmly welcome at Apleona Wolfferts.
