Apleona Real Estate Management is expanding its nationwide retail portfolio for the real estate investment manager TH Real Estate with a new management contract. The real estate service provider has been in charge of technical and commercial property management and marketing activities for Activ Arkaden in the Swabian town of Horb am Neckar since February 1.

The two-story hybrid mall, which was opened in fall 2017, is located directly opposite Horb’s train station. Measuring around 6,000 square meters, the property’s retail and office space has been fully rented out. Activ Arkaden tenants include Rewe, Deichmann, Charles Vögele, Müller, and Ernsting’s Family. 

Including the new contract, Apleona Real Estate Management currently manages 21 retail centers, hybrid malls, and single-tenant properties with retail space of more than 210,000 square meters throughout Germany on behalf of TH Real Estate.
