At the end of April, Apleona was commissioned with the technical facility management for the Opernplatz XIV building complex in Frankfurt am Main. Regular operations started on May 1, 2021. The agreed services include operation, maintenance, inspection and repair measures of the technical facilities. Added to this are fault management, defect and warranty tracking, and energy management. Apleona is thus replacing the energy service provider Engie, which was responsible for technical facility management at Opernplatz XIV from its commissioning in 2016 until April 2021.

Opernplatz XIV was completed in 2016 and has a gross floor area of around 55,000 m². The property consists of two building sections that are connected to each other in the basements. The entire building complex houses, among other things, a five-star hotel, a gym, retail and office space, restaurants, as well as 24 exclusive apartments starting at 120 m² and a penthouse. A three-story underground public parking garage is located in the basement levels.
