Apleona GVA assumes responsibility for technical and commercial property management, leasing and project management at two office buildings in Frankfurt and Neu-Isenburg. The two buildings, which have been under new management since August, are the Atricom at Lyoner Straße 15 in Frankfurt-Niederrad with about 45,000 square meters of rental space and Le Byro, completed in 2002, at Siemensstraße 1–5 in Neu-Isenburg with approximately 24,000 square meters of rentable office space. Apleona GVA also advised during the acquisition of the properties for the EQT Real Estate 1 Fund and did the technical due diligence on behalf of the buyer. The main task will be to increase the value of the buildings through targeted investment and leasing management. Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the order volume.
