Daniel D. Caspers, 41, has taken on the responsibility for Operational Centre Management at Bilfinger Real Estate – Apleona in future – in Germany. He succeeds Michael Bünnagel, who left the Company in September. Daniel D. Caspers is based at the Company's location in Düsseldorf and reports to Volker Sonnenschein, Head of Centre Management.

He holds a diploma in business administration and a real estate and property management qualification and has 15 years of experience in commercial property management as well as in managing upgrade and refurbishment projects. Most recently, he worked in management positions at IC Property Management in Düsseldorf, regional property manager IMOBA Immobilien Service in Düsseldorf/Mülheim an der Ruhr and at Commerz Real in Düsseldorf.
