Apleona GVA Real Estate Advisors (formerly Bilfinger Real Estate) has been commissioned to carry out asset management and leasing of the AHA7 building complex at Alfred-Herrhausen-Allee 7 in Eschborn near Frankfurt. The complex includes two office buildings with a total floor space of 19,000 square meters as well as a training center used by Deutsche Telekom that has 4,000 square meters of floor space.

As part of the mandate, Apleona GVA is currently managing the fitout of a 6,400 square meter office space which will be occupied by the German Federal Agency for Real Estate Administration, most likely in April. In addition, on behalf of the owner, the real estate services provider is reviewing various development concepts for a parcel of land that is part of the property. Commercial building rights are already in place for this land.

The building complex is located in an office park in southwest Eschborn, about 10 kilometers northwest of Frankfurt. The property has excellent access to public transit via the urban railway connection in the direct vicinity. Small units in the ground floor could be used for retail shopping concepts. The available rental space can be used flexibly and is ideal for individual offices as well as combined and open-space solutions.
