In detail, it is a matter about the mandate for three historical office blocks in Cologne-Mülheim of the German-American real estate group Jamestown, who for the first time invests in Germany instead of the USA. The between 1890 and 1914 constructed buildings located in the Schanzenstraße 22, 24 and 28 are offering a rentable area of 34.500 m². Tenants are among others two institutions of higher education as well as different multimedia and entertainment companies such as the tv production Brainpool TV owned by Stefan Raab and Radio Köln.
