• Acquisition of Air for All, a ventilation and air conditioning specialist with 60 employees
• Strong presence in the central Neckar region and considerable overlap with Apleona’s customer base

Apleona, a leading European provider of integrated facility management based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, has acquired Air for All, based in Gerlingen near Stuttgart, as of January 2, 2024. With this transaction, Apleona Wolfferts is strengthening Apleona's Building Technology division and significantly expanding its range of technical systems and its presence in the southwest region of Germany. The existing management team will continue to run the company and be available as the first point of contact for customers.

Air for All is a well-known provider of installation and maintenance services for ventilation, air conditioning and smoke extraction systems in South-West Germany and possesses specific expertise in the area of cleanrooms and laboratories. Its business activities are focused on customers in the industry, automotive and healthcare sectors. The company’s 60-strong workforce mainly comprises technicians and specialists for ventilation and air conditioning technology.
