On the 75,000 m² site of a historic locomotive hall, Motorworld München has been created as a world of automotive experience. Apleona R&M Ausbau was commissioned with the Interior fit-out for six parts of the building in April 2019 and completed the work in June 2021.

The building ensemble, with a gross floor area of 59,000 m², was completely constructed in dry construction, including the exterior façade, under the roof of the Lokhalle and consists, among other things, of a hotel with 156 rooms, a cinema and concert hall, numerous shops, restaurants, conference rooms and offices. The agreed finishing services also included interior doors, glass walls, floor coverings as well as tiling and painting work.  

At Motorworld in Munich's Freimann district, car and motorbike lovers will find everything their hearts desire: exclusive vehicles - from classic cars to sports cars and bikes -, a comprehensive range of automotive service providers and workshops, glass boxes for displaying vehicles, as well as a multitude of high-quality accessory shops and galleries. In total, 25 of the world's most valuable and exclusive vehicle brands can be found at Motorworld, including Ferrari, Bugatti, McLaren, BMW, Morgan and many more. In addition, events of all sizes and for every occasion can be organised for up to 8,000 people in specially designated event areas.
