At 186 meters high and with its characteristic triangle shape, the Trianon is a key element of the skyline of Frankfurt’s banking district. As the asset manager of the office tower, since 2009 Apleona GVA’s management team have constantly contributed to the optimization and value enhancement of the Trianon – through the development of the service offer for tenants, the initiation of extensive modernization and value-adding work in the entrance area, foyer and canteen of the building as well as through the conclusion of rental contracts for the full rental of the property. Apleona GVA’s latest success: The extension and expansion of the rental contract with the German Bundesbank for a total of around 23,000 square meters of office space.
