• First properties to be equipped with self-learning technology starting now

Real I.S., a real estate asset manager based in Munich, is now using the artificial intelligence-based technology of Recogizer to leverage the green potential of their real estate. Recogizer automatically reduces carbon footprint and encourages energy savings. The office and commercial building "Mercedesplatz" in Berlin and the shopping center "Schlössle Galerie" in Pforzheim are the first properties in the Real I.S. portfolio to be equipped with the self-learning control system. Further properties are to follow.

Recogizer reduces the energy consumption of HVAC systems by up to 30 %, cuts carbon emissions and at the same time improves the indoor climate in buildings. Driven by demand and fully automated, the self-learning system controls existing building technology, predictively considering environmental conditions and usage parameters of buildings.
