The Swiss market leader in the field of medical supplies, IVF HARTMANN AG, has commissioned Apleona Schweiz AG to carry out facility management for its headquarters in Neuhausen am Rheinfall.
In total, this relates to technical support for 30 buildings with uses ranging from offices and logistics to production and workshops. The services commissioned include maintenance, inspection, and servicing of the technical facilities and sub-services relating to energy management. One special aspect here is support for the location’s own drinking water supply with an in-house water officer. Apleona is aiming to perform over 90 percent of the work on all technical installations itself.
The CEO of Apleona Schweiz AG Michael Rohner sees this commission as a confirmation of Apleona’s performance and industry expertise: “We are delighted that IVF HARTMANN AG has demonstrated its trust in Apleona by commissioning us as the first multi-service provider for all services at its most important location in Switzerland. The customer’s high standards for delivery capability and service quality, particularly with regard to the technical processes to be provided, can be met thanks to our strong local presence and the associated short response times in the canton of Schaffhausen. On top of this, Apleona has good industry expertise with extensive experience and references in the healthcare and medical supplies sector.”
The IVF HARTMANN GROUP, headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, has been one of the leading Swiss companies in the field of medical supplies for over 150 years. It has been part of the international HARTMANN GROUP based in Heidenheim, Germany since 1993.
