Apleona Provides Hard Services For 35 Prologis Logistics Properties

Prologis, a global company that owns, operates and develops logistics properties, has commissioned Apleona to provide technical facility management for a portfolio with 35 logistics properties in Germany. A service agreement has been signed for two years with the option of a one-year renewal.

The properties, which have a total gross floor area of 700,000 m², are located in the areas around Cologne, Munich, Berlin and in the Rhine-Main region. Technical services and maintenance will be provided, alongside construction project work as a special service. A 24/7 emergency support service has also been set up for customers in the event of disruptions.

Under this contract, it aims to perform at least 80% of the services itself.

Apleona benefiting from logistics boom

Prologis is already the second major logistics property developer and operator that Apleona has commissioned to provide technical services for a larger portfolio this year.
