The property companies of private equity firm Benson Elliot have awarded the contract for managing the Turmcenter Frankfurt to Apleona GVA Real Estate Advisors. The 74-metre-tall office building located at Eschersheimer Landstraße 14 in Frankfurt's city centre was gutted and completely renovated over the past two years. In addition to property management, Apleona GVA Real is also responsible for overseeing the facility management and for performing guarantee management services for the property.

Following the redevelopment of the core of the building in spring 2016, work is now under way to lease the around 15,000 square metres of office and 1,500 square metres of retail space spread over the 22 floors of the Turmcenter Frankfurt. A public car park with 400 spaces, which is accessible from a side street, forms part of the building. The Turmcenter Frankfurt was refurbished in accordance with the latest sustainability criteria, and the aim is to achieve LEED Gold certification.
