Apleona GVA Real Estate Advisors (formerly Bilfinger Real Estate) has been awarded the property management contract for the Denuo office building in Wiesbaden by TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Centrally located at Bahnhofstraße 27–33, the property, which measures 9,000 square metres in total, is fully occupied and has been managed by Apleona GVA since the beginning of the year. The property's largest tenant is the Continentale Insurance Group.

This latest contract and the management mandate for the Hofgarten commercial property in Berlin take the size of the real estate portfolio that Apleona GVA now manages for TRIUVA to more than 730,000 square metres of office and retail space across Germany.
