Apleona GVA Real Estate Advisors awarded property management contract for Hofgarten in Berlin

On 1 January, Apleona GVA Real Estate Advisors (formerly Bilfinger Real Estate) took on the property management for the Hofgarten commercial property at Friedrichstraße 79/80 in Berlin. The centrally located office and retail property was acquired by TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH at the end of last year. TRIUVA has been a client of the real estate services provider since 2010.

Completed in 1997, Hofgarten is a complex of eight buildings located in Friedrichstraße, Französische Straße, Charlottenstraße and Behrenstraße. It has almost 2,000 sqm of retail space and around 6,400 sqm of office space as well as an underground car park with 104 parking spaces. The anchor tenant is Swedish clothing retailer H&M, while the office space is occupied by doctors and associations, among others. Hofgarten is in close proximity of Galeries Lafayette, Gendarmenmarkt and the government district.
