With 1,664.9 million euros (2018: 1,569.9 million euros), Apleona ranks second on the Lünendonk List 2020, a sales ranking for the German market published annually by the consulting firm Lünendonk & Hossenfelder and released on 3 June.
Apleona has grown by almost 100 million euros, exclusively organically and far above the market average. The company also expects continued stable organic growth in 2020 and 2021 despite the corona pandemic.
Both the new customer business and the growth with existing customers have been very satisfactory in the current financial year so far, i.e. Apleona is coming through the crisis comparatively well and is proving to be crisis-resistant.
The reason for this is Apleona's stable business model as an integrated facility manager with a strong focus on technical services. Moreover, Apleona is seen by its clients as a strategic partner that helps them through the crisis. Among other things, Apleona plays out its lead in digitalisation: It offers a digital solution that facilitates the rapid interruption of COVID-19 infection chains by enabling fully automated contact tracking and notification of potentially infected persons as well as targeted disinfection of risk areas in the office.
COO Robin Petersen: "Apleona continues to grow organically at a rate well above the market average. Thanks to a very high technology share, a focus on innovation and digitalisation, as well as the broad-based customer portfolio, Apleona is very well positioned for further growth. Our customers see us as a strategic partner who is also capable of performing in times of crisis".
