During a festive gala evening with over 420 guests, companies and personalities from the German real estate industry were honoured for their achievements with the coveted immobilienmanager Awards on 21 February in the cool event location DOCK.ONE. Apleona Real Estate Management was again a sponsor of the category Student of the Year. This year, Nico Busch from the Hochschule 21 in Buxtehude was delighted to receive the award from Apleona CEO Dr. Jochen Keysberg.

Nico Busch completed a dual degree in construction and real estate management at the Hochschule 21. He finished his bachelor's degree as the best in class with a grade of 1.0. At the same time, he was strongly involved in his university: he supported fellow students as a tutor, chaired his student council and was a member of the university senate. He is currently gaining professional experience as a trainee at Apleona Customer Union Investment Real Estate.
