GARBE Industrial Real Estate, one of the leading developers, providers, and managers of logistics and business properties in Germany, has commissioned Apleona to provide integrated facility management for five logistics locations in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia.
The properties have a total area of 405,000 m2 and are managed and held by GARBE as part of its fund structures.
A service agreement for the provision of all technical and infrastructure services has been signed and is valid until the end of 2023. This came after a nationwide call for tender.
