100% occupancy at the TRIANON tower in Frankfurt – Deutsche Bundesbank rents another five floors

The central bank of the Federal Republic of Germany has been a tenant of the TRIANON building since February of 2015. This new lease agreement means that, as of October 2017, Deutsche Bundesbank will occupy a total of roughly 21,500 square meters of office space on 16 floors of the TRIANON. The new lease agreement’s contractual term is to run until 2027; the lease for the space already occupied likewise was extended until 2027.

The successful leasing effort was praised by Barbara Linnemann, Co-Head of Investment Management at Apleona GVA: “We are very happy that Deutsche Bundesbank has once again opted for the TRIANON. The fact that it is expanding its spaces within the building is a testament to its positive features, which we are continually working to enhance in cooperation with the owner, Colony NorthStar.”

The lease negotiations were conducted directly between Deutsche Bundesbank and Apleona GVA. In the process, Apleona GVA was advised on the legal aspects of the lease by the law firm of Loschelder Rechtsanwälte.
