Apleona Takes on Property Management for FLE Properties in Essen and Frankfurt

The Austrian investment consultancy FLE, which is part of the LFPI Group, has tasked Apleona with property management services for further properties in its German real estate portfolio. Since spring this year, Apleona has been managing a 12,300 square meter office and hotel complex in Essen and an office building on Gerbermühlstraße in Frankfurt am Main with a total rental space of 9,500 square meters. Apart from technical and commercial property management, Apleona Real Estate Management additionally performs further services for optimizing and enhancing the value of properties as a preferred partner. This includes, for example, leasing vacant space and HOAI (Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers) and AHO (Committee of the Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for Fee Regulations) services for the implementation of CAPEX measures and leasehold improvements.

FLE and Apleona have been working together since 2014. After initially being tasked with management services for nine office properties in Baden-Württemberg, further management mandates for FLE properties in Bavaria, Lower Saxony, and Saxony followed in 2017. Apleona Real Estate Management currently manages more than 20 properties throughout Germany for the investment consultancy with 150,000 square meters of office and hotel space.
