Apleona will continue to be responsible for maintaining and servicing the technical facilities in one of Europe’s tallest buildings, the 339-meter Mercury City Tower in Moscow. The tower, which contains office and retail space as well as residential apartments over a total of 173,000 square meters and 75 floors, has been managed by Apleona HSG Facility Management since its completion in 2008.
To fulfill the order, a 39-member team of engineers, property managers, craftsmen, electricians, and safety engineers ensures the smooth operation of the 26 elevators, the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and the fire protection systems. The ordered service range also includes the cleaning of communal areas and the skyscraper’s 77,000 square meter external facade along with a concierge service with numerous services for residents.
Apleona has been operating in Russia and the CIS nations since 1997. At present, over 1,100 FM specialists at 23 locations manage properties, real estate, and production sites in nearly all parts of Russia and in Kazakhstan.
