Apleona lets shop area in Frankfurt residential and commercial property “Bockenheimer Warte”

Apleona GVA has gained textile discounter KiK as a new tenant for the residential and commercial property “Bockenheimer Warte” at Leipziger Strasse 11 in Frankfurt. The 1,160 square-metre shop area let on the ground floor of the building is currently undergoing conversion. The shop is scheduled to open in mid-December. The ten-year rental contract starts on 1 December 2017.

Apleona GVA manages and rents out the “Bockenheimer Warte”, which offers a total of roughly 17,000 square metres of office, retail and residential space, on behalf of DG ANLAGE. Including the current letting, all 18 shops with a total area of approximately 3,600 square metres are fully rented out.
