Apleona HSG Facility Management has taken on the technical and infrastructure facility management services for three office buildings of alstria office REIT-AG in Düsseldorf. The properties are the multi-tenant buildings Am Seestern 1, Immermannstrasse 40/Charlottenstrasse 100 and Kaistrasse 16-18, which have been in alstria’s nationwide portfolio since 2015 and 2011 respectively. Combined, the office properties have a total area of around 57,000 square meters. The service agreement has a term of three years. It was agreed not to disclose the volume of the contract.

Under the terms of its engagement, Apleona HSG Facility Management is responsible for the maintenance and operation of building services, cleaning services, caring for the outdoor facilities and compliance with the obligations arising from having operator responsibility. Furthermore, Apleona is also taking on reception services in the office building Am Seestern 1.

The engagement increases the pool of buildings managed by Apleona for alstria, which currently comprises office and retail properties in the Rhine-Main, Rhine-Ruhr and Rhine-Neckar areas plus areas in northern and eastern Germany.
