After Mipim in the spring of this year, Apleona has now also presented itself at Germany’s largest real estate and location trade fair, Expo Real in Munich, for the first time. Over four days, from 3 to 6 October, around 200 colleagues presented Apleona’s services in the Facility Management, Real Estate Advisory, Interior Fitout and Building Technology business segments at the newly designed trade fair stand, at customer events, on panels and in face-to-face discussions. The aim was to initiate new business relationships and strengthen existing contacts with customers and business partners throughout Germany and Europe. In addition, the Apleona brand was positioned on the market as the European platform with a broad range of services and high vertical integration for the management of real estate, investments and industrial services.
The many trade fair visitors were able to experience this in various ways: They could visit the reception at the info counter, where colleagues from all business areas cooperated closely to coordinate all appointments at the stand in a professional and friendly manner. They could see the many banners on the giant screen showing projects from all service areas and customer groups. New advertising materials, such as presentations and company brochures, were also presented at the stand.

Besides the traditional customer event in the “Zur Ochsenbraterei” tent at the Oktoberfest with around 150 guests on the day before the trade fair, the highlights of this year’s Expo Real included the likewise very well-attended wine event on the first day of the trade fair, at which the management, as usual, donned aprons and waited on the guests personally. The colleagues from the GVA Worldwide network welcomed the Spanish real estate consultancy TCGI as a new partner at the Apleona trade fair stand.
