The interior fitout specialists at Apleona have completed the modernisation of the commercial space at UniCredit Bank’s Hamburg branch in the commercial property Neuer Wall 64. Prestigious meeting areas and offices have been created on around 900 square metres on the ground floor and the first floor, which are connected by a sculptural spiral staircase with an oval hole in the ceiling.

The work performed by the Hamburg team from Apleona R&M Ausbau included demolition and shell construction, drywall construction, the installation of interior doors, acoustic ceilings, lighting systems, turnstiles and flooring, and all tiling, glass and painting work.
