Apleona GVA manages properties for Union Investment Real Estate in Switzerland

Apleona GVA with new property management mandates in Switzerland. As of October 1, Apleona GVA manages the two office buildings West Park and Fifty One in Zurich as well as logistics property in Oftringen in the Aargau canton. The three buildings comprise a total of 78,000 square meters of commercial space.
