Apleona HSG provides technical facility management at three BMW plants in Berlin, Eisenach and Leipzig.

Apleona HSG is also responsible for maintenance of the complex production technology, including robots, in BMW’s new manufacturing facility for electric vehicles (i-Models). In addition to maintenance for the manufacturing technology, the service provider assumes extensive responsibility for production-related processes such as the media supply with electricity, compressed air, heating and water. In order to meet the high production standards of the premium car manufacturer, Apleona HSG is developing and implementing a new maintenance strategy at the three BMW plants. The objective is to keep the customer's controlling efforts to a minimum. The so-called Performance Managers from Apleona HSG ensure that defined quality criteria are met and, thus, the production availability for the automotive manufacturer. So that the BMW locations can react in a networked environment, the facility managers harmonize the maintenance processes across all three plants. 

Apleona HSG will also operate the energy center and further optimize energy consumption at the BMW locations. Furthermore, the company will provide maintenance and repair services for the entire building technology. The service provider will set up a 24-hour help desk for this purpose.
